Dr. Tasmina Sheikh, MD, PA, is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She completed her residency in General Psychiatry at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and a fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the Jackson Memorial Hospital in the University of Miami School of Medicine.
Dr. Sheikh brings 20 years of experience in psychiatric medicine through various distinguished institutions in both public and private clinical settings. She opened her private solo practice in 2003 and continues to proudly practice psychiatric medicine in Jupiter, Florida.
Dr. Sheikh frequently pursues philanthropic endeavors overseas, working with various international non-profit organizations to provide medical assistance to under-served populations.
Daniel Panfil joined Dr. Sheikh’s practice in 2012. He has been a psychiatric nurse practitioner for the last 30 years. He has multiple years of experience through Community Mental Health Services in the past. Daniel completed his bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Buffalo, and later went on to complete his master’s in nursing the Nova Southeast University in 1986. He has been living in Palm Beach County with his wife, Judy, since 1979. He enjoys running, exercising, outdoor activities, and pet rescue in his free time.
